LBA is committed to the empowerment of the Latinx community through education and the promotion of greater fairness and advocacy in racial equity and social justice. We tackle the most difficult issues, challenge ingrained cultural assumptions and call out inequality wherever we see it.

      As civic leaders we are aiming to create a better community through a combination of legal advocacy, partnership-building, and community mobilization to encourage governments to adopt, improve, and enforce laws that protect and promote the rights of minorities.
